My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasted a super comfy bed, but they felt a bit outdated with old TVs and limited channels. On the bright side, the view across the water at the Sheik Zayed Mosque was simply breathtaking at night. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster; the staff were kind, happy, and helpful, although there were some unresolved issues caused by them. The location was fantastic with excellent service from pool attendants, but it was a bit noisy due to nearby helicopter and jet traffic. The dining experience had its highs and lows; while the food was okay, the service from Durga and his team was exceptional. The facilities were very large with great amenities, including a lovely deep bath and shower room.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with Arabian influences, offering a nice view of the Grand Mosque. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. However, there were not many activities for children, and the beach location was not as appealing being situated by a creek rather than the sea.
Staying at the hotel was simply magical with beautiful Venetian-style canal rooms and fantastic service. The location was delightful, offering an exquisite infinity pool experience. However, the dining could have been better with some notable downsides in the breakfast selection.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, but a bit expensive, and I was delighted to have a beach view. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room which might have come from the floor, and the table in the sufra restaurant had a similar issue, but overall, everything else was fantastic.
